Healing Threads Fashion Benefit
Join NorthEast Foundation for the 30th annual Healing Threads Fashion Benefit. Come see the latest fall fashions from the catwalk on Monday, Oct. 18 and Tuesday, Oct. 19 at The Vintage Motor Club in Concord. Doors open at 7 p.m. and hors d'oeuvres will be served from 7-7:30 p.m. Over 800 guests attend.

Annual Cruise Benefit 17th Annual Cruise to benefit Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast Saturday, May 7, 2011
Each Spring, the NorthEast Foundation hosts a black-tie dinner dance. Nearly 800 people attend this fun-filled evening of dinner and dancing. Guests "set sail" for exciting destinations each year. Tickets, sponsorships, a raffle, and an auction all support the 2008-2010 Community Campaign for the Breast Health Center.

Student Art Gallery Exhibition Various dates Medical Arts Building CMC-NorthEast, Concord, NC » See schedule and visit gallery
The CMC-NorthEast Student Art Gallery was created in 1998 and is located in the Medical Arts Center hallway in front of Cafe 920. NorthEast Foundation board members work collaboratively with area schools to display student art. Participating schools include: Cabarrus County Schools, Cabarrus County Home School Association, Cannon School, First Assembly Christian School, Franklin Heights Christian Academy, Kannapolis City Schools, and Covenant Classical School. Art from each school is featured in the Medical Arts Building for three months. Two pieces of student art are selected for inclusion in a permanent art collection displayed in the Jeff Gordon Children's Hospital. A cash prize is provided by CMC-NorthEast to the student and the art program at the student's school.
